No matter what your age, if you need help staying independent or you are recovering from an illness or injury, SHHS offers services to allow you to stay in the comfort of your own home.
We provide a full range of services from intensive rehabilitation to medical monitoring for patients recovering from an acute care procedure, such as surgery for a hip or knee replacement, or for patients who have become weak from an extended illness in hospital. We get you back on your feet and back to your life as quickly as possible.

We will work with your physician to ensure all your needs are met and to obtain the necessary authorizations from your insurance company and physician. A SHHS caregiver will be assigned to coordinate your care at home. Your caregiver will make sure you receive the specialized help you need.
Southeastern Home Health Services works closely with a patient’s physicians to coordinate care. We take care of requesting orders from the physicians as well as any authorization that may be necessary from an insurance company, Medicare, Medicaid or HMOs. We handle all third party billing.
